Do I have to sign up to buy online?

On versal-home.at you can also shop as a guest without needing to create an account.
However, versal-home.at recommends you to have a user account to make your purchase easier as well as to see the history of your orders, returns and invoices.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, if the order is not yet in the packaging or shipping stage. You can cancel the order by using the contact form or via email office@versal-home.at

Can I get emails with the news?

In order to be always up to date, customers of versal-home.at can subscribe to a regular newsletter with information about new offers and discounts. 

Which payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available: Credit cards, Paypal, GiroPay, SEPA-transfer and SOFORT.


You can safely pay with credit card. All private details are encrypted using the SSL method. Due to this high security standard, shopping at Versal Home is secure and easy.

Redeem voucher

You can redeem your coupon code in the last step of your order. Just enter your coupon code in the “Coupons” field. The purchase amount in the shopping cart is then reduced by the voucher value. Do you want to delete an already entered voucher? Click on the “X” in the price list at the bottom right.

Terms of Use for Gift Certificates
  • Combine as many Versal Home gift vouchers as you like.
  • Gift Certificates have no minimum order value.
  • Vouchers bought through other country websites are not valid on versal-home.at
  • When entering your coupon code, please do not include extra spaces.
How will the gift certificate be sent?

By e-mail as PDF or by letter (3 to 4 working days).
Also under “Vouchers” in your customer account you will find the coupon code. If you received the code as a gift, it is in the customer account of the person who gave you the coupon.

Refund of gift vouchers

A cash payment of the credit is unfortunately not possible. When you send items back to us, we’ll charge the coupon as a balance that you can use to redeem your next order. The difference (if any) will be offset against the payment method you used to buy the gift certificate, and you will receive a corresponding credit. Please note that the refund will be send by the same payment method which was used during the order.

Which shipping methods are available?

You can choose between two options.

Standard: Shipping is via Österreichische Post AG. Usually you will receive your package within 3-5 business days. 

Express: Shipping is via DHL Express. Depending on the time of your order and where your package has to be delivered, you will receive your desired items within 1-2 days. We offer an express delivery for extra fee.

Current status of delivery

You can always see the current status of your order online in your Versal customer account or on the shipment tracking page.

The package has not arrived yet? Please check if your package is delivered to your neighbors. If this is not the case and the package has not been delivered to you within a week, please contact us. We will immediately check the status of the package and, if necessary, initiate a search.


1. Pack the items and together with a printout of the electronic proof of purchase. You will receive the receipt by e-mail together with the order confirmation. The items must be in perfect condition so that we can guarantee you a refund of the full purchase price.
2. Send the package to us by post. A return address can be found in package.

Do you live in Vienna? You can order a free pickup at your address (rueckgabe@versal-home.at). You will receive an e-mail with the pickup date/time.

Please note that the refund will be completed with the same payment method and to the same card/account which is used during the ordering, even in case of gift cards.

Return period

You have a return period of 30 days from receipt of the order.



The following items are excluded from the return:

  • Personalized items
  • Items which for reasons of hygiene are not suitable for return
  • Incomplete sets
Refund after a return

The refund period varies depending on the method of payment and takes place within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Once the items has been received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email from us and the purchase amount will be automatically refunded.


If you have canceled your order or an item is not available, we will refund you the paid amount immediately.
